Fees

Set out in full, with the VAT position on each, so that you can compare us against anyone else without having to ask us first.

Letting fee: Letting fees are 12% of the annual rent, plus VAT.
Management fee: 14% of the monthly rental, plus VAT.
HMO applications: £745 plus VAT. Including site visit, additional HMO licensing completion.; £1045 plus VAT. Including site visit, mandatory HMO licensing completion.
Guaranteed rent: £0 fee, three year contracts available now.
Sales fee: 1.5% of the sale price, plus VAT.
