Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: So we can market properties for viewings. We have to confirm the legal owners & for applicants we have to confirm their identity when renting a property.

Your information is securely stored on our CRM platform. 

We keep emails, telephone numbers and names for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by our auto delete feature on our CRM platform.
