Having been in the industry for 19 years and having created lettings, residential sales and commercial operations for high street brands to huge success. With compliance the key to our success and ensuring our clients are protected at all times. Let us look after your property and compliance needs, whilst maximising your rental yields. We let, manage and specialise in small to medium sized residential portfolios, HMO applications and planning. Lettings Director 

As Lettings Director at Panayi Group, I bring extensive experience in property management and lettings, with a strong track record of helping landlords optimise their portfolios and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of service. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management and am a proud member of ARLA Propertymark (MARLA), reflecting my commitment to professionalism and industry best practice. Fluent in three languages, I am able to build strong relationships across diverse client and resident groups, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery. 




Robert Tansey

Lettings Negotiator

As a Lettings Negotiator at Panayi Group, I am committed to guiding both landlords and tenants through every stage of the lettings process with professionalism, transparency, and care. I take pride in building strong relationships and ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of service, whether that’s securing the right tenant, supporting with compliance, or providing advice tailored to individual property needs.

Having achieved a First Class degree in Real Estate (BSc) from Nottingham Trent University, I bring both academic expertise and practical enthusiasm to my role. I particularly enjoy the balance between working with people and addressing the practical challenges that property management presents, always aiming to deliver a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved.

What motivates me most is seeing the positive impact of my work — from helping landlords maximise the value of their portfolio to ensuring residents feel at home. I am excited to continue developing my expertise of the industry within the Panayi Group and to contribute to our reputation for trusted, client-focused lettings and management services.

Shan Nayani

Lettings Apprentice

Since joining Panayi Group, I’ve taken on a varied role that lets me get involved and learn almost every part of our property management services. My work ranges from arranging viewings, inspections, and move-ins, to helping tenants with maintenance concerns and coordinating trusted contractors. I also play a part in marketing, tenant referencing, and contract preparation, ensuring that every detail is handled with care.

What I enjoy most about my role is the balance between working with people and solving practical challenges. Whether I’m meeting new tenants, supporting landlords, or helping keep properties well-maintained, I aim to make the experience stress-free and professional for everyone involved.

Outside of the day-to-day tasks, I’m focused on growing my knowledge of property management and compliance, and I take pride in being approachable, adaptable, and proactive in everything I do.

Chrissie Panayi

All our processes have been created for our landlords and residents. Unlike other agencies we release clients rents within 24 hours. One of the reasons we are 5 star rated as a company.

I head up the accounts department and ensure all payments are made to our landlords and contractors.

FEES

Letting fees are 12% of the annual rent, plus VAT.


14% of the monthly rental, plus VAT.


£745 Plus VAT. Including site visit, additional HMO licensing completion.

£1045 Plus VAT. Including site visit, mandatory HMO licensing completion.


£0 fee, three year contracts available now.
